There was a part that we needed for our tractor and our JD Dealer didn't have it and it was out of stock at JD. Because we couldn't find exact information, I contacted Green Farm Parts with questions to make sure the part would fit our year and model. They replied very quickly every time so I felt confident in ordering the part. It arrived within a few days as we would expect and was a perfect fit. We will definitely use them again for parts we need. Thank you, GFP!

(Misrepresentation) This is not actually a website; it is a John Deere Dealership in Indiana known as Reynolds Farm Equipment. The guy is located in the John Deere parts department - he will tell you he is sitting 10 feet from the JD parts guy. The reason the prices sound better is because JD sells parts at 10% above MSRP plus shipping. They operate on a much slower delivery and sell the parts at MSRP, no markup. Are they a scam? Yes. They lead you to believe that they are a separate business entity but all they are is liars running a bogus website out of a John Deere Dealership. Your parts never actually arrive - they stay in processing status until you cancel because you've waited forever. The biggest scam is John Deere won't do a thing about it. So buy a Yanmar - then you know who you are dealing with (foreign or otherwise) and they treat you right... plus their engines are in everything. Love my Yanmar.

Be aware: Takes days to process an order. Don't expect prompt processing like you get with other online retailers. Plus, rude, non-empathetic customer service. It even takes days to cancel an order with Green Farms Parts. I cancelled with Green Farm Parts and placed the same order directly with John Deere and received parts the next day. Note: seems like a few years ago Green Farm Parts used to be faster and had better customer service. Edit: The owner's reply illustrates the very essence of my Review: 1) That Green Farm Parts takes days to process an order even before shipping so don't expect fast processing & delivery like you might be accustomed to with other distributors of parts; and 2) Green Farm Parts customer service is rude and not empathetic.

I used the website trying to find a part. Green Farm Parts didn't have it but they helped me locate it at another dealer. I was able to get the part and installed it on my tractor. Above and beyond customer service! Thank you!
